Grace Bennett
LPC Associate Under the supervision of Laurie Todd, LPC-S, #763390
Hi there — I’m Grace!
I’m so glad you found your way here.
I’m a warm, genuine therapist who keeps things real, approachable, and supportive. Whether you're feeling totally stuck or just need someone to help make sense of the chaos, I’m here to walk with you — with plenty of compassion, a little humor, and zero judgment.
I love working with kids, teens, and adults who are navigating tough stuff like anxiety, depression, family conflict, school or work stress, or big life changes. Some of the things I’m especially passionate about include:
Helping kids and teens cope with divorce, tension at home, or tricky family dynamics
Supporting teens who aren’t super excited about therapy (it’s okay — we’ll ease in)
Guiding parents who feel like nothing is working and just want a better connection with their kids
Working with clients impacted by a loved one’s addiction or mental health struggles
Helping adults untangle the patterns and beliefs that are keeping them stuck
Before becoming a therapist, I worked with folks experiencing high levels of anxiety and depression, which gave me a deep respect for the courage it takes to reach out for help. I use a mix of proven approaches like CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems — always tailored to you.
Clients often tell me I’m easy to talk to, encouraging, and thoughtful — with a calming presence and a sense of humor when you need it most.
If you're ready to start a new chapter, I’d love to be part of it.
