I’m so glad you found your way here.

I’m a warm, genuine therapist who keeps things real, approachable, and supportive. Whether you're feeling totally stuck or just need someone to help make sense of the chaos, I’m here to walk with you — with plenty of compassion, a little humor, and zero judgment.

I love working with kids, teens, and adults who are navigating tough stuff like anxiety, depression, family conflict, school or work stress, or big life changes. Some of the things I’m especially passionate about include:

  • Helping kids and teens cope with divorce, tension at home, or tricky family dynamics

  • Working with adults struggling with intense stress and anxiety

  • Encouraging and finding solutions and coping skills for clients with heavy feelings or depression

  • Supporting teens who aren’t super excited about therapy (it’s okay — we’ll ease in)

  • Guiding parents who feel like nothing is working and just want a better connection with their kids

  • Working with clients impacted by a loved one’s addiction or mental health struggles

  • Helping adults untangle the patterns and beliefs that are keeping them stuck
