Hi, I'm Ashleigh! I'm so grateful you're here.
I’m passionate about creating a warm, supportive, and down-to-earth space where people feel safe to be themselves. I believe therapy works best when you feel truly seen and heard - when you can take a deep breath, feel supported, and know you don’t have to face life’s challenges alone.
I love working with children, teens, individuals, and families who are navigating stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the everyday struggles that can leave us feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Whether you’re going through a difficult season, wanting to strengthen your relationships, or simply trying to reconnect with yourself, I’m here to meet you with compassion and curiosity.
I have a special passion for working with kids and helping them make sense of big feelings that can be hard to put into words. I use a developmentally appropriate, playful approach to help them build emotional regulation, confidence, and healthy coping skills. I also partner closely with parents and caregivers, offering tools and insights that strengthen connection and support your child’s growth at home. Together, we work toward creating more peace, understanding, and resilience for your whole family.
What it’s like to work with me
My approach is gentle, relational, and collaborative. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method of therapy. Instead, I take the time to understand your story, strengths, and what you value most. I draw from systemic therapy, solution-focused perspectives, and practical tools, but I always customize the process to fit you. My goal is to help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface, develop healthier patterns, and feel more grounded and empowered in your daily life.
If faith plays an important role in your life, I'm glad to include spiritual reflection in our work together. Your beliefs and personal journey are always respected, and we'll incorporate faith in ways that feel genuine and meaningful to you.
I’d love to walk alongside you as you take your next steps toward healing, clarity, and connection.
