Services
Play Therapy
Play therapy gives kids a safe space to explore big feelings through the language of play. Using toys, art, and imagination, children can express themselves, build confidence, and work through tough experiences in a way that feels natural and empowering.
Individual Counseling for Teens
Teen therapy creates a judgment-free zone where adolescents can talk openly about what's on their mind—stress, relationships, identity, or just feeling overwhelmed. It's a space to feel seen, sort things out, and grow stronger with the support of an awesome therapist who truly listens.
Individual Counseling for Adults
One-on-one counseling for clients ages 18+ for challenges such as depression, anxiety, major life transitions, relationship issues, low self-esteem, divorce, and more.
Couples/Marriage Counseling
We offer relationship counseling to couples who are dating, engaged, or married. Through a multi-modal therapy approach, we aim to help couples identify underlying problems within a relationship, rebuild lost connection, or foster and strengthen healthy attachments.
Family Counseling
We work with families to repair and strengthen family bonds. As you move through different stages in life, we are here to help you navigate, and to restore and build trusting relationships.
Christian Counseling
Christian faith-based therapy for children, teens, adults, couples, and families. Our therapists love to offer ways to incorporate faith into your healing journey!
Walk-and-Talk Therapy
Therapy in the Great Outdoors for those who think better while being active! We will meet at an approved local park and walk together while we talk. Not only does exercise help with central nervous system regulation, but it releases endorphins - ideal for strong mental health!
Online/Virtual Therapy
We offer telehealth therapy sessions over a HIPAA compliant platform for anyone in the state of Texas. Whether you live across the state, or simply find it more convenient to meet virtually, our therapists are happy to offer this platform to you.
Animal Assisted Therapy
There are many psychological and physiological benefits to integrating animals into therapy. Our resident therapy dog, Darcy Elizabeth, has been offering belly rubs and comic relief for clients for five years, and has been officially awarded the title of Therapy’s Goodest Girl by practice owner, Emily Pennington, LMFT-S.
